Fitness Data

With your permission, we access your ride data from connected services (Strava, Wahoo, Garmin). This includes:

  • Route data and GPS coordinates
  • Power, heart rate, and cadence data (if available)
  • Elevation and speed data

User-Provided Data

You may optionally provide additional information such as your weight and Functional Threshold Power (FTP) to enhance fitness calculations.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Calculate and display your fitness metrics (RCS, CTL, ATL, TSB)
  • Provide personalized insights about your riding consistency
  • Display your ride history and statistics
  • Send weekly accountability emails (if enabled)
  • Improve our service

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access tokens for connected services are encrypted and stored securely.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Strava - To import your ride data (with your authorization)
  • Wahoo - To import your ride data (with your authorization)
  • Garmin - To import your ride data (with your authorization)
  • Stripe - To process subscription payments
  • OpenAI or Anthropic - To process natural language queries (queries are not stored)
  • Mapbox - To display ride maps

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data as necessary to provide our service (e.g., with payment processors) or as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
