RideTool costs $29 per year. That's it — one price, all features, no tiers. You can cancel anytime.
Payment is handled through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or view invoices from your account settings.
Have a promo code? Enter it on the subscription page when prompted. Founding member codes give you free access — no subscription required.
In your account settings, you'll find an Athlete Profile section where you can set:
These settings improve the accuracy of HR-based TSS estimation. When you save new values, RideTool automatically recalculates TSS for all your existing rides that have heart rate data. You can also trigger this manually with Rebuild Fitness Stats.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After canceling, you'll keep access for the remainder of your current billing period. Your data stays on RideTool — if you re-subscribe later, everything is still there.
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us through Discord (click the Discord icon in the nav bar after logging in) or the support page. Account deletion removes all rides, files, metrics, and personal data.
