Hydration Tracking

How to Log Hydration

Track your daily water intake by typing something like:

  • "drank 16 oz water"
  • "hydration 500 ml"
  • "32 oz of water today"

You can also use the + button on any day in the week view to log hydration through the data entry form.

Where It Shows Up

Your hydration data shows on your weekly dashboard. Ask "show my hydration" or "how's my water intake?" to see your hydration trend over time.

Staying hydrated is one of the easiest performance gains in cycling — tracking it helps you build the habit.
