Tap the + button, open the Calories tab, and skip the number field entirely. Type what you ate in the description — "bowl of oatmeal with berries and a banana" — and RideTool estimates the calories for you. The saved entry will show the estimated number with a note so you always know it was an estimate.
Your intake shows on your weekly dashboard next to your rides. Ask "show my calories" or "how's my fueling?" to see the trend.
We also estimate calories burned on each ride, so you can see intake vs expenditure.
