Calorie Tracking

How to Log Calories

Track your daily fuel intake by typing something like:

  • "I ate 2200 calories"
  • "logged 500 cal for lunch"
  • "300 calories"

You can also use the + button on any day in the week view to log calories through the data entry form.

Where It Shows Up

Your calorie intake shows on your weekly dashboard alongside your rides. Ask "show my calories" or "how's my fueling?" to see your intake trend over time.

RideTool also estimates calories burned on each ride, so you can see how your intake compares to your expenditure.
